01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the PK Lakh platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of PK Lakh, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who interacts with the platform in any capacity. If you are using PK Lakh on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that they have also read and agreed to them.

PK Lakh reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of PK Lakh after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on PK Lakh, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing PK Lakh from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a PK Lakh employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from PK Lakh under any account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering on PK Lakh, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If your eligibility status changes at any point, you are obligated to notify PK Lakh immediately and cease using the platform.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on PK Lakh. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering your PK Lakh account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PK Lakh account. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying PK Lakh immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

PK Lakh reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Failure to complete identity verification when requested may result in your account being restricted until verification is complete.

04 Deposits and Payments

PK Lakh accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad only. All transactions on PK Lakh are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits are credited to your PK Lakh account balance in real time under normal conditions. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

All funds deposited into your PK Lakh account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third parties, is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

05 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on PK Lakh is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to your registered bKash or Nagad wallet only. The wallet number used for withdrawal must match the one registered on your PK Lakh account.

Under normal operating conditions, PK Lakh processes withdrawal requests within 10 to 30 minutes of submission. During peak periods or when additional verification is required, processing may take up to 2 hours. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 2 hours, please contact our support team.

PK Lakh does not charge withdrawal fees. However, the following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the associated balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be held for review if unusual account activity is detected.
• PK Lakh reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing large withdrawals.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

PK Lakh offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply on PK Lakh:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• PK Lakh reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on PK Lakh are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market on the platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.

General betting rules that apply across all PK Lakh games and markets include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. PK Lakh does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error on our part.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, PK Lakh will resolve the round based on the game's recorded state at the time of the failure. If a round cannot be resolved, all bets for that round will be voided and stakes returned.
• PK Lakh reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an error in odds, pricing, or game configuration.

For live betting markets, odds and availability can change rapidly. PK Lakh is not responsible for bets placed on markets that have already closed or on odds that have changed between the time you viewed them and the time your bet was confirmed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK Lakh. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank transfers, or any other deceptive payment method to fund your account.
• Money Laundering: Using PK Lakh to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on PK Lakh.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on PK Lakh under any circumstances.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to PK Lakh.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing PK Lakh staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

PK Lakh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the account holder.

If your account is suspended, PK Lakh will notify you via the email or mobile number registered on your account where possible. In cases involving suspected fraud or illegal activity, PK Lakh may suspend an account without prior notice.

You may request the closure of your own PK Lakh account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad wallet within 5 business days.

10 Responsible Gaming

PK Lakh is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PK Lakh platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any PK Lakh content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on PK Lakh content.
• Use PK Lakh's trademarks, logos, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any PK Lakh software.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PK Lakh's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PK Lakh account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PK Lakh is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
